Culham Conference Centre is managed by the award-winning BaxterStorey; one of the UK’s catering, hospitality and facilities management organisations.
BaxterStorey has a reputation for delivering excellence and is passionate about providing great food, excellent customer service and exceptional value to its clients and customers.
The 6 meeting rooms of various capacities, password-free wifi and a 234 tiered seat lecture theatre complete with audio visual capabilities, will more than cater for your needs AND you don’t need to be based on-site. These facilities are available for external hire. Please contact the Conference Centre Manager for details.

If you have any special dietary requirements, please let us know in advance and we will be pleased to address them for you.

Costa Coffee is situated within the E3 main foyer of the Conference Centre building.
Open from 07.45 to 15.00 hrs Monday to Friday.
As well as offering the finest coffee, Costa has a wide range of alternatives including hot chocolate, teas, fruit infusions and iced coffees.
Did you know you can customise your coffee for no extra charge? Just let us know and we'll make your coffee using any of the following:
• Decaffeinated coffee
• Skimmed milk
For a small extra charge, we can add syrups to your coffee. Why not try vanilla, hazelnut or caramel for a touch of indulgence?
In addition there are a selection of fresh cakes, pastries and a variety of Costa's Italian biscuits to accompany your coffee.
Our bistro style seating area is very popular at all times of the working day as an area to relax or have an informal meeting whilst enjoying our array of products.

The ultimate ‘grab and go’ outlet situated next to the Simply Delicious Restaurant in Building E2, is open from 0815 to 1430 hrs Monday to Friday, selling everything from essential items for that morning cup of tea; something for lunch; picking up that anniversary card or even sorting your headache out. Culham’s own ‘Corner Shop’ can supply most of your basic needs and is a useful alternative to the Deli Bar, Restaurant and Costa Coffee outlets.

Culham Conference Centre offers a hospitality delivery service to all on-site tenants, UK Atomic Energy Authority departments and contractors.
Whether it is a small office meeting, staff briefing or training, or even a leaving presentation, we can offer a variety of refreshments to cater for these occasions. Culham Science Centre has Electric Vehicle (EV) charging capability, there are currently there are 46 charging points.
All charging points are Fast Charge and are intended to be used as a top up.
This is a private charging network supplied through BP Pulse . To join simply send an email entitled “I’d like to Join the EV charging network at Culham” to EVcharging@culham.org.uk. We will then pass your email address to BP and they will send you an email to subscribe to the network, once subscribed you will receive an RFID card to use the chargers.
If you already subscribe to the BP Pulse Nationwide network, you can use your existing card, if you send your name, your email address that you use on the account and the RFID number to the EV charging email address asking to join the network and give us permission to pass this on to BP pulse. This will be deleted as soon as we add you to the network. We are unable to use the BP app on site.
The tariff set is currently 0.44p per kWh in line with BP’s standard nationwide tariff.
There are 2 marked bays by each charging point allowing 2 vehicles to charge at the same time. They are for vehicles using the chargers only and not general parking spaces. If you are parked in a EV charging bay and your vehicle is not plugged in, you will receive a parking ticket. Once charging is complete you must move your vehicle. If your vehicle is plugged in to a charger but the charger indicates the vehicle is not currently being charged Patrol will return after an hour has passed and issue a parking ticket. These measures are to ensure fair use of the chargers.
