    Getting to Culham Science Centre, OX14 3DB 

    In line with government policy, the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA), as owner of the Centre, wishes to encourage a choice of modes of transport to the site. This is a challenging and long-term task recognising, as elsewhere in the UK, the current heavy dependence of employees on the private motor car and the relative locations of employment and residential development in southern Oxfordshire.


    To this end we have produced our own Travel Plan, the purpose of which is to provide a statement of the current transport position and provisions, together with details of future plans/issues and achievements to date.

    Cyclists are encouraged to use the cyclepath which runs along the A415 between Culham village, past Culham Science Centre and on to Berinsfield.
